*** Roof replacement project to start on April 24, 2025! A portion of the parking lot will be closed off for equipment and central AC will be out from April 24 to July 16. We will have a portable AC unit in the condo, so there WILL be AC to keep guests comfortable. Unit 802 is four floors from the roof, so we don't anticipate too much noise when they are doing demolition April 28 to May 28.

Project is scheduled to finish August 28, 2025. Rates have been adjusted for this possible inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to inquire with more specific questions. ***



The Mahana is a quiet resort and Unit 802 is high above the palm trees, for an unobstructed Ocean view overlooking neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Perfect for whale watching or relaxing on the daybed on the lanai.

Studio condo has new KING Novaform mattres and black out shades for a restful sleep. Also stocked with everything you will need for a great vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella, luxurious linens, L'Occitane soaps and shampoos.

The Mahana is an Oceanfront condo resort on the northern end of Kaanapali Beach, with an authentic Old Hawaiian feel and mature landscaping. The tree canopy along the entrance to The Mahana gives it a romantic and relaxing ambiance. It is 50 feet from the Ocean and all condos have private glass balconies, allowing for amazing views of Lanai and Molokai. The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, or just relaxing at the pool. There is a scenic beach walk that takes you to Black Rock and Whaler's Village. We don't have a restaurant at The Mahana, but Duke's is next door at Honua Kai and there is a great selection of restaurants a short walk away, as well as Times Market and Farmer's Market.

Our clean and well-stocked condo has everything you will need for a memorable and restful vacation, including:

- L'Occitane bathroom amenities.

- Upgraded high speed Wifi internet

- 50 inch 4K Roku TV with High Definition Programming, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, and Netflix included!

- Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, and cooler for you to use

- Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, binoculars, and Maui guidebooks to help plan your adventures on the island


You will love The Mahana's heated pool and spa, poolside bath houses with showers, tennis court, shuffleboard court, two separate BBQ grill areas, and FREE PARKING!

You can use the pool, hot tub, grills, and beach chairs on the oceanfront lawn.

I will follow up to make sure that guests are comfortable in the condo. Sonia Peters, our Property Manager, lives nearby for all emergencies, though please contact me first.

Perfect location on the quiet northern end of Kaanapali Beach. Great snorkeling in front of the resort on the sandy beach. The Times Market is less than 1/4 mile away on Honoapiilani Highway, in a strip mall with other restaurants and coffee shops. There are other Farmer's Markets close by. There is a beachfront path that starts to the south of The Mahana and goes two miles, to the Hyatt. It will pass through Black Rock, the Sheraton, and Whaler's Village.

Rental car is strongly recommended, though Uber is also a great option in getting around. Please call me if you do not plan on renting a car so that we can thoroughly discuss other options.

Parking is free at The Mahana. Please print out your parking pass from the computers in the lobby and place it on your dashboard. I will have you registered through the Mahana Owner's website, so just enter your last name, rental car license plate, and condo number 802.
- Studio Condo with king sized bed will accommodate two people. No smoking allowed. Please be courteous of other neighbors and guests. Check in time is 4pm (FIRM), check out time is 11am. Late Check-outs (if available) are $100.00 and you are welcomed to stay until 8pm on your check out date.
- Includes parking and in room wifi.
- We have stocked the condo with beach towels, L'Occitane bath products, beach chairs, umbrella, and collapsible cooler for you to use.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to read our webpage. My wife, Kristine and I, along with our four kids, live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I work at a hospital near us, and my wife, Kristine, takes care of the household. Kristine is Hawaiian, and when we go back to visit family, we usually stay at a hotel. We normally visit Maui twice a year, and since we have outgrown hotel rooms, it just made sense to buy a condo with great amenities so that we feel like we ARE on vacation. We take a lot of pride in keeping The Mahana condo perfect and our guests happy. Our condo is filled with amenities to make sure that you are comfortable, and will happily do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Why they chose this property

The VIEWS and location on Kaanapali Beach! It is the closest building to the beach, with great snorkeling nearby and a beach walk all the way down to Black Rock, Whaler's Village and even The Hyatt! The Mahana has a great history and is a very well-maintained resort. This side of Kaanapali Beach is quiet, has great views of Lanai and Molokai, and you can snorkel right on our beach. Relax poolside and take in the sunset, its very peaceful. From December to April, there is great whale watching from the lanai and you can see turtles in the ocean below. Enjoy breakfast looking at rainbows and sailboats passing by.
