Beautifully Remodeled OceanFront Condo AC/WD/Lanai/Quiet/Pool

Pristine remodeled ocean front condo with Travertine Lanai, shower and bathroom floor. The counter and vanity top are a beautiful Cashmere Granite. The kitchen is state of the art with drawer freezer with icemaker and drawer fridge, opening up the kitchen with a wonderful kitchen island looking out on the ocean. The living room is tastefully designed with a 65' flat screen smart TV with internet and movie access. Top of the line l couch, comfortable chair, ottoman and comfortable barstools... The condo uses led lights which reduce energy usage and temperature yet are bright and crisp. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and an articulating 36' flat screen and AC unit. We installed glass panels in the bedroom windows to minimized noise and lower energy costs. The bedroom closet has Shoji doors and many hangers, drawers and shelves.
The unobstructed views of Molokai and Lanai are incredible. Whales , turtles, boats and more can seen off our Lanai at different times throughout the year. The pool is rarely busy and is directly on the ocean. A lovely barbeque area with tables, benches and dining room with fridge are right next to the pool. The sounds, smells and views are breath taking.
Take a short walk to Honu, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate and Star Noodle, four of the best restaurants on Maui, Also, within walking distance to grocery stores, a mall with a variety of stores and restaurant gourmet food trucks. There are variety of beaches very close offering many different water sports.
We supply our renters with beach chairs, coolers and beach towels.

Loved the view! Quiet early morning sites of the water and boats. Beautiful sunsets!! And the place lived up to everything in the pictures. Close to everything but blissfully peaceful.

My husband and I loved this properties location. So close to the ocean, walking distance to restaurants, stores and walking paths. Watching whales and sea turtles from the balcony was amazing. Very well equipped property, it had any item one might need to enjoy themselves on vacation.

Perfect for 2. Condo is very well equipped with many thoughtful accoutrements. It is an enjoyable stroll to Mala for a delicious dinner. The lanai can get temporarily warm to the a/c heat pump exhaust but you easily get over it with the amazing view.

The place was perfect for the two of us. Very well decorated, well equipped, lovely lanai, convenient on site parking. Bed and other furniture quite comfortable. Location was quiet but close enough to town when we wanted to go there. Shopping was very close by. The pool area was great too. We did not use the barbecue but we saw that others did. We would love to return to this condo!

The view alone is worth it! It was absolutely spectacular. We could see the sunset every night from the lanai. We could see sea turtles in the water from the condo. We didn't discover the binoculars until the last day, but what a great amenity!! I will recommend this to anybody I know is going to Maui!! I would come back just to stay in this place!!!

Perfection in Lahaina

I can't say enough about this condo, it is literally perfect. The condo itself is immaculate and well equipped with everything you would ever need. The location in Lahaina is great and also walkable to several nice restaurants. The view from the balcony area is amazing. We watched the Maui sunsets and the humpback whales in the distance everyday. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Lahaina area.

Ted and Sarah's place is pretty perfect. The location is great- just a tiny bit out of the bustle of Lahaina, but close enough to walk or drive. Wonderful kitchen and living room area- lanai is really beautifully done as well, and the kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen we've ever seen. Ted and Sarah most responsive as well as on site folks Art and Andy. We'll come back.

Bucket List Trip

I took my 82 yo mother-in-law for a check off her bucket list. The location of this property was perfect. You’re close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc but close to downtown Lahaina and the harbor. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, watching whales, sunsets, and turtles turtles. The property is super clean and the pool area is so nice. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again ~ thank you for sharing the property!

I can't think of a spot a I like more than Lahaina Roads. Ocean at your feet and close proximity to all you need. This unit is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Completely equipped with everything you could want from cooking equipment to going to the beach. Well done. I would definitely return.

Ocean + Front Street

The ocean at our doorstep was amazing especially since we had some high surf to watch. It was most enjoyable to start our day on the balcony mesmerized by the ocean and finish at the end of the day watching the beautiful sunsets. We also took full advantage of being walking-distance to the beach and to the town - a straight walk down Front Street. The restaurants were wonderful experiences. The apartment was superb - well stocked kitchen, plenty of equipment for the beach including snorkeling gear, the shower was a relaxing experience, and every space was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice unit, well equipped, great view and a nice pool. The only negative we had was that someone and another unit in or near vicinity with smoking marijuana from 7:30 in the morning till late at night. And it came right into our lanai.

More than meets the eye

Unbelievable location on top of the ocean. You are part of a complex, but this home seems private and secluded as it sits off to the side of the pool. The sound of waves is incessant. Morning on the Lanai is heaven and sunsets are peaceful and cool once the sun begins to near horizon. The home has perfect touches: giant sliders that open Lanai to the home; unbelievable shower; quiet bedroom; well-equipped kitchen. We were excited about staying here, but this home exceeded expectations.

Great location, quiet building right on the beautiful ocean. Very close to some amazing restaurants (Mala, Honu, Frida’s, and more!), as well as a nearby Safeway. So peaceful drinking morning coffee on the lanai, or evening drinks during those picturesque Maui sunsets… Condo was very equipped - with everything you will need. Kinda small, but it is a Lahaina vacay condo. The bedroom was extra small with nowhere to put your suitcases (I guess you have to empty your suitcase… there is a good closet with shelves and a dresser). Unit is on second floor (there is an elevator) above the parking garage. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Location - Thought of everything

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We loved eating, relaxing and spending time on the lanai and watching the constant parade of turtles swim by in the waves. Great location within walking distance of great restaurants and grocery shopping. Theodore thought of everything and the condo was thoroughly stocked. The shower was great & the bed was comfortable. We hope to stay here again during whale season.
