Bald eagles and ospreys soaring overhead is an everyday sight as you enjoy fantastic fishing and water sports on Lake Marion. Relax by the lakeside as you grill your catch of the day and watch the sunset as it fades into starlight while gathered around our fire pit. The Santee National Wildlife Refuge is just 1/2 mile by boat and is also easily accessible via car, by bike or hiking trails. Five golf courses and shopping helps keep your vacation options open. We have enjoyed this area for the last 40 years. You can fish right off the dock or launch your boat from our private ramp and fish one of the many secluded undeveloped coves nearby.

What makes this property unique

The sheltered coves and creeks can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. It's a short run by boat into the main lake with full access to the entire Santee Cooper lake system.
