in 2024 so guests can enjoy all the modern luxuries of living while taking a break from
the norm.

After entering through the multipurpose entry room with full-size laundry and golf bag storage, the house opens up to an inviting kitchen & great room area where you and your guests can enjoy the lake view through a wall of windows. Chat it up over dinner at the butcher block kitchen table that seats up to 8 guests or plop down in the comfortable living room area with seating for 4 to 6 guests. Four cozy bedrooms for up to 8 guests surround the great room and feature large desks and king-sized beds with ample space to store all your luggage below.
Bedrooms connect with shared closet systems via two modest yet well-appointed Jack-and-Jill bathrooms that offer guests an option between a tub/shower combo or a standing shower.
Take in that view! Exit the great room through the sliding glass doors to an outdoor area with ample seating for all your entertainment needs. Guests can enjoy morning coffee & afternoon sweet tea on the covered porch on the glider or at the bistro table, or they can sit back and relax around the pool and spa in the 2 Adirondack chairs, 4 chaise lounges with side tables, or at the picnic table to dine al fresco. Aaaaahhhhh!
Head down the yard stairs to the lakeside’s lower terrace and be closer to the water…start a cornhole tournament, bring your fishing pole to throw a line in for dinner at the end of the 80’ Trex dock, or put on your life vest and jump on in! Refreshing! Bring some firewood & s’mores supplies to use in the fire pit for a peaceful end to your amazing day.
