The landscaping is beach, beach, beach. Curvy coconut palm trees are scattered amongst the dunes while sand daisies and seat oats poke thru the fence. Large grey granite stones lead swirled paths thru the sand. All this natural beauty surrounds a sunny 31x19 foot heated salt water pool. The real star of the show however is the sea and pool-sea are one with sparkling hues of blue and green. The hot tub, 12 foot by 9.5 foot, comfortably accommodates eight or more plus their cocktails of choice in gurgling, bubbling 103 degree temps. Tired from watching the moonlit waves? How could you be? A circular outside shower is just the thing while ensuring that same lovely view of the beach yet privacy as well.

Built in 2018, Nest on the Beach is comfortable, bright, and beachie with simple elegant decorations including whitewashed wooden floors, sparkling kitchen appliances and designer furniture. Giant picture windows show-off sea and sand views from every angle. Loving the sensation of light and space throughout! This 3500 square foot home includes a spacious great room with 24 foot sliding doors which open onto the deck. This creates true indoor-outdoor living. The sunny deck has ample places to lounge or sunbathe with a sunset beach view. The kitchen and dining are open plan with a large glass dining table. Five stools perch around the island counter for watching the chef in your group. There is a desk and wifi to pretend to check-in at the office while still remaining part of the party. A main floor powder room is just steps away and a full laundry utility room is convenient. Air-conditioned, brand-spanking new and equipped with the fastest wifi-of course!

The romantic master bedroom has to-die-for views of the beach and a wall of glass that opens across a 16 foot expanse to large private deck hovering at the edge of the sea. Softly lapping waves and moonlight are the only sleep-aids you’ll every want again. Promise! Oh go ahead and spoil yourselves! Every detail has been thought of for your comfort: king pillow-top mattress, a cozy down duvet, Restoration Hardware linens, make-up vanity, bronze sculptures plus a gas fireplace to take the chill off winter nights. An enormous ensuite bathroom features double vessel sinks, a shower built-for-two and a stunning claw foot tub surrounded by views of the beach. Four more bedrooms, each with an ensuite private bathroom, shower and balcony are made up impeccably in a minimalist beach house style. Every bedroom is decorated to to ensure each guest feels special: from draped canopies, to princess beds, (hellooooo boho hanging chair and vanity tables!) top-notch pillow-top mattresses, the finest linens and mounds of pillows. The private marble bathrooms are sleek and stylish with vessel sinks and mosaic marble tiles. Piles of fluffy white towels are tucked into the cabinets.
