Built in 2018 and happily welcoming guests, this 3,500-square-foot designer beach house has spectacular sea and sunset views, decks and balconies off every bedroom, marble ensuite bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool and a ginormous 12' x 9.5' hot tub.
Beach landscaping surrounds the sunny 31' x 19' heated pool, with curvy coconut palms, sand daisies, sea oats and winding paths through the dunes. But the real star is the sea, with sparkling blue-green views blending beautifully with the pool. The 103° hot tub comfortably fits 8+ with cocktails in hand. An outdoor circular shower lets you rinse off while keeping that gorgeous beach view—with privacy, too.

Giant picture windows showcase the sea and sand from every angle. Whitewashed wood floors, designer furnishings, sparkling appliances and clean, uncluttered lines create a light, relaxed feel. Fast free WiFi and free long-distance calling to Europe, Canada and Mexico keep you connected—if you must!
The spacious great room features dramatic 24-foot sliding doors opening onto a sunny deck for true indoor-outdoor living. The open kitchen and dining area includes a large glass table and island seating for five—perfect for keeping the chef company. There’s also a desk, powder room and full laundry room.
The Master
The romantic master has breathtaking beach views and a 16-foot wall of glass opening onto a private deck at the edge of the sea. King pillow-top mattress, down duvet, Restoration Hardware linens, gas fireplace and a dreamy ensuite with double vessel sinks, a shower built for two and a clawfoot tub overlooking the beach. Bath salts, bubbles, chandelier and soft pink linen curtains complete the indulgence.
Four More Bedrooms
Each of the four additional bedrooms has a private ensuite marble bathroom, shower and balcony. They’re beautifully styled with pillow-top mattresses, fine linens, piles of pillows and playful touches including canopies, hanging chairs and vanity tables. Everyone gets their own private retreat.
