You will enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your two balconies. The house has a charming, cottage-style decor with an open floor plan. The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras that record both audio and video.

This year was my ninth February spent at Halcyon House, a destination that has begun to feel like "coming home." The house has been beautifully maintained, and Kelly is consistently the ultimate host: available, responsive, and attuned to details that have made me sorry to leave and eager to return. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the linens (sheets and towels) pristine, and the heating/cooling system state of the art. And the views--always spectacular. I'm looking forward to year ten!

What a magical place! I will forever dream of those views! We called the path leading to the beach, the path to the heavens! The house has a very tasteful coastal comfortable feel, with lots of seating, comfortable beds and lovely art all over. Honestly, you will adore this place and need to return!! We loved it!

The view from this house can’t be beat! Being able to walk right out to the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the beach amenities that were provided as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to us! We even enjoyed the sand toys! Sitting on the back deck enjoying a cocktail at sunset was a 5 star experience!

Our best family beach trip

Our beach trip was everything we wanted it to be and more. The house is in the perfect quiet location. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the views from the balcony’s were beautiful and so peaceful. We have officially found our yearly beach trip home. Kelly was incredible and so easy to communicate with and so kind. We definitely had the best time and look forward to returning next year!

I first sunk my toes into the soft AMI sand in 2013 and immediately knew this is where I was meant to be. The following year, I purchased my beach house overlooking the Gulf on beautiful Bean Point (Halcyon House.) While I enjoy making memories at my house with family and friends, it also brings be great joy opening it up to others to enjoy. In 2019 I decided to make the island my permanent home.

Why they chose this property

My house is on the desirable north end of the 7 mile island within walking distance of Anna Maria's unique shops and numerous restaurants. It is a quiet, residential area on what I believe is the most beautiful beach in the world.
