There are queen/double beds in three of the rooms, a king bed in one, and twin bunk beds in another, as well a pull-out sleeper sofa, so cottage comfortably accommodates 10 people. The upstairs bedrooms were recently remodeled, there is air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, and a washer and dryer in the garage. The main floor has a TV and piano. There is access to a dock with two kayaks for use, and other available water toys. The oversized front yard is ideal for enjoying the lake views and playing yard games. The back porch is covered and has a gas barbecue as well as an outdoor shower and toilet. There is off-street parking for two vehicles. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the Okoboji lake experience (cards, games, lawn chairs, towels, etc).
