The community offers a pool and easy walking to all the attractions of Beautiful, modern condo in Arnold’s Park-- walk to the amusement park, outdoor concerts, fireworks, beach, farmer's markets, restaurants, and shopping. Parking provided for up to 2 vehicles. Plus, the marina is across the street to rent golf carts, boats, and more. The Iowa Great Lakes is known for summer recreation--boating, fishing, and golfing.

Great place

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The dining, kitchen and living room are nice and spacious with a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is fantastic as you can walk to lost attractions. The condo was super clean and well kept. The only thing to note (which wasn’t an issue for us) is that the listing said 4 twin bed/bunk but it is one bunk bed with full sized beds.

Awesome location , very safe , fairly clean

Stayed 4 night 5 days Beautiful Condo was in excellent location to what we needed and handicap accessible .. only issue was floors were very dirty and furniture dusty and definitely needed wiped down and or at least swept , couldn’t do ourselves as no swifter supplies or wet mop .. also forgot hair blower and one at condo did not work .. one pillow in main bedroom had blood on pillowcase .. despite all price good and location and newness alone would stay there again

Excellent location and lovely condo.

The property is very clean, orderly and stocked with what you need for a great repreive. Manager is very quick to respond and kind/helpful. Here are the 3 best things about the property and the 2 worst (which are kinda hard to come up with, since it is such a lovely property, therefore only 2) Pros: 1. Great location to everything you want to do. We were visiting family in the area but it was within walking distance for our kids to venture off and do things so they weren't bored. Close to: amusement park, beach, coffee shops, ice cream, dining and shopping. 2. Unit has a garage which is handy for all sorts of reasons. 3. The unit has some nice touches which rank it well above other vacation rentals we have had. Things like: plenty of soap for dishwasher/clothes washer, great cooking tools - some even pampered chef!, plenty of towels, blankets, paper goods, coffee filters and even a fair amount of spices and ooking oil/spray. Cons: 1. Master bedroom matress - sleeps well but there was a spot in the middle that dipped. 2. You have to use a key to enter the building. The unit, itself has a keypad but you have to have a key when leaving the building. Not a huge deal, but this isn't something our family is used to and we got locked out once. Thankfully, there is a spare set of keys in the garage (which has a keypad). I highly recommend you book the condo if on the fence. We certainly enjoyed it and hope to revisit in the future!
