Located directly on the beach on prestigious Isle of Palms, South Carolina, this expansive beach front home is the largest beach front home at Isle of Palms and represents luxury living at it's finest!

If you are planning a large company meeting, a retreat, or family reunion, you will have plenty of room because this home sleeps up to twenty-nine people. (Children under the age of two are not included in the count)

The interior of this 7500 square foot home contains 12 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are also 1500 additional square feet of outdoor decks which display spectacular ocean views.

Just 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

The stay was amazing. The pictures did not do it justice, it was perfect with pool and beach access. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of deck and patio space, and every thing you would need to have a fun beach day and games.

This was perfect for our large family. Everyone could be together in one place or doing their own thing in other parts of the property. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PROPERTY!!

Quiet location and very well kept home! Spacious accommodations with very comfortable beds. The house is very clean and fully stocked with any kitchen appliance needed, plenty of plates, cooking utensils/pans, etc. There are numerous pool and beach items available for use. We absolutely recommend this property. We loved our time there!

Fantastic spot. House is clean and well maintained. Property manager was prompt and responsive. The location can not be beat. Pool clean and comfortable. A clear 10/10 if not for the construction next door. The construction would not be nearly enough to prevent me from booking again. We loved our stay.

Amazing Property!

Our family's annual vacation was wonderful in this home. Jerry was very communicative, reaching out way in advance to share check-in details and to communicate about a pending repair (which was not an issue for us at all). The home is spacious and had plenty of individual private spaces as well as gathering spaces for a large, multi-generational group. We did not feel the need to go off property at all! The furnishings were comfortable and very upscale and the home was stocked with supplies that make a visit amazing. We loved the multiple laundry rooms and the newly renovated pool and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful.

As former IOP beachfront property owners and renters as well, we were just amazed with the cleanliness, amenities, totally stocked kitchen (coffee makers, utensils, pots/pans, icemakers, towels, etc.), quality of linens and so much more. Our adult children were so impressed as well. We never felt the need to leave the house for dinner, even with 6 little ones. Wonderful home for large families! The beach proximity is a huge plus.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Our family recently stayed at the Mansion of IOP, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our group consists of 25 members ranging in age from 1 to 88. As you can imagine, it’s quite a task to find a place that accommodates all of our needs, but this house did it. I was a little concerned because sq footage-wise, it is quite a bit smaller than what we usually book, but it certainly didn’t feel it. We had plenty of space for everyone, and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We have a couple of family members with mobility issues, so the elevator was particularly helpful. Some of us stayed at the beach and the pool all week while others enjoyed walking to local coffee shops and still others ventured out to local attractions such as Fort Sumter. We ordered in dinner every night, and we found the local restaurants to be very accommodating. Communication was great, check-in was easy-peasy, and Jerry, the property manager, made sure we had a great week. We have been to many, many destinations over the last three decades, but we are already talking about coming back to this house soon. Needless to say, we were very pleased with our stay.

22 people...19 to 88 years old! More than enough space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. Plus...bathrooms in every bedroom...awesome!! No complaints! Even though the weather wasn't great, everyone loved the house, location and had a wonderful time.
