This is a very clean, thoughtfully organized and extremely well-stocked (kitchen, linens, games, beach equipment, etc) home. The beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was perfect for hanging out in the evening. It was ideal for our extended family vacation. Our host was excellent with communication, information and responsiveness. We had zero issues. Would love to return!

This was a great house to rent for our families. The house is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of beach gear, 5 bikes and plenty of items in the kitchen for cooking. The outdoor pool space was fantastic for lounging around and grilling out. I would definitely rent this home again! Wendy the owner is available for any questions! The deck on the front of the home was fantastic for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and happy hour at night!

Well Nancy it seems you found our favorite place in the whole house - the front porch! Our home is set up for family to gather and hang out together but still plenty of room to be alone if needed! Glad to hear all enjoyed their stay and made the most of your vacation.

This house was easily the best equipped house that we have ever stayed in. We literally only needed to bring our clothes and food. The pool was rated the best by the children, and they are picky. The kitchen was great and had high quality cookware and utensils. The outdoor shower was a bonus for those who went to the beach. All in all, it was a great experience.

Thanks for the review Cathy! We do our best to provide a home away from home so our guests can unpack, relax and enjoy their vacation. Finding a home on the island that has a private backyard and inground pool with a lot of open space is rare on IOP. Please come back anytime!

We enjoyed our time! The owners had many fun toys, beach chairs, pool etc that everyone enjoyed. They also left a gift package with wine, coffee and cookies for us. Overall a lovely experience.

They had everything. Spices. Staples. Pool toys. Beach dolly. Baby crib. We flew so we didn’t have to pack much. Pool has SHADE which was critical in July. Elevator was a plus. Oh, we did a big shrimp corn potato boil with their equipment. Outdoor shower was critical when coming off the nearby beach. Isle of palms rocks. Wish we’d have found it a couple of decades ago.

We do our best to anticipate what our guests need. You are welcome back to IOP anytime. So glad you packed in a full week at the beach and got to discover our little island!

Best house we've every stayed in!

This house is by far one of the best we've ever stayed in in all of our travels. It's a short, easy walk to the beach, it's well-taken care of, and it has absolutely everything anyone could possibly need for a great vacation, from the kitchen accoutrements to the comfortable beds and well-planned layout. It's close to perfect for our family.
