This two bedroom, two bath condo with single car garage is ideally located in the cozy and convenient neighborhood of Plantations East, Just 14 mins from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Beautiful first floor condo on the water, with wrap around sun room for reading and relaxation. Each room of the condo has a view of the lake. This condo has a good size kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need, its tastefully decorated, with fresh paint and new hardwood floors installed in 2023, it has one king bed in the primary, one twin, and one single bed in the secondary bedroom. All new mattresses in 2025, we also have a roll away single bed ideal for a small child in the hall closet. 2 tv's one in living room, and one in the primary bedroom, ideal for one small family, couple, or friends getaways, plenty of bike and walking paths to choose from in the area, fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio are within a 5 minute car ride, condo is just minutes away from grocery stores, movie theaters, outlet shopping, great restaurants and other amenities.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely condo! It was our third time staying here and we hope to book again next year. The condo is perfect for our family of four, centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. It is meticulously clean, comfortable and well maintained. The host is very responsive as well. My favorite part is the beautiful sunroom that overlooks the pond; I could sit there relaxing for hours!

The place was very clean and quiet. Everything was spotless. All the furniture was new. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to all requests. The apartment was close to outlet shopping and the beaches. I will probably try to rent it again next summer.

Immaculate Relaxing Getaway

Beautifully decorated condo in a quiet neighborhood close to Outlet Mall shopping, excellent restaurants, and of course the beaches. The sun room faces the pond which provides a nice relaxing place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine to begin or end your day. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

Originally we had only planned to stay for 4 days, but the house was beautiful, and stocked with all of the amenities you could need, so we asked to extend it to 6 days! We had a patch of bad luck with the weather and a theft (did not occur at the property) so our vacation was not what we were hoping. However the house itself was gorgeous, spotless and cozy. In addition our communication with the hosts who were gracious, helpful and communicative was probably the best we have experienced. The house and the location are about as summer perfect as you can get and actually even better than the photos which are very attractive, are able to reveal.

Stay at pondview in Lewes

We loved our stay at the house. It was a super cute home with a beautiful view of the pond. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a gas grill for cooking, but there were many restaurants to choose from which were close by and very good. Great communication with the owners. Would stay there again!! A Wonderful Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve and Karen's property. It is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It's close to everything and in a quiet area. Can’t wait to come back

This was our first long vacation away from home since my daughter had her son and it did not disappoint. We had the most amazing time and such a great experience! I loved watching the birds off the porch with my grandson. The condo was comfortable and homey. We are hoping to come back soon!

Pondview Retreat

Our stay at Pondview Retreat was everything we hoped it would be and more. The owner, Karen was helpful and very hospitable! The home was clean, well appointed, comfortable and perfectly located. Our kids had a blast fishing in the pond right outside the home! We were a short drive to Lewes and enjoyed shopping and eating at some wonderful restaurants. If you are looking for a sweet property in a great location, you need to look no further than Pondview Retreat!

Beautiful condo close to everything

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located within 15-20 minutes of 4 beaches and lots of things to do. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved having the garage- it was perfect for us to keep our beach stuff in overnight and when we went out for dinner, activities and shopping in the evenings. And the sun porch was a nice addition with office space for my husband and I to do a little work in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Wonderful property

We are repeat renters and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This Condo is the perfect place for our family of four. Relaxing in the gorgeous sunroom overlooking the lake is one of my favorite parts of our stay! The Condo is impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated and in a great location - easily accessible to downtown Lewes, Cape henlopen, and Rehoboth. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed going for walks each morning around the pond. Communication with the Condo owners was easy and the entire experience was stress free. 5 stars for sure!

Wow! This home exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about it to include all of the design details in each room. The view of the pond was beautiful and sitting on the porch or the back yard with a book was relaxing. There was a view of the pond from each room. The condo was in a prime location, close to shopping, downtown Lewes and Rehoboth. It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property and look forward to going back!

Great Weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pondview condo. The condo was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the sun porch and the views of he pond. The garage was a nice bonus, especially when dodging the rain drops! Our kids enjoyed the pool at the fitness center when we weren’t at the beach. We gave the public beach at Lewes a try this trip and it was a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend that beach to families with little ones. We had a great stay, Karen was very attentive and seemed to think of everything. We would love to stay longer next time!

When you come visit again, try the McBride Bathhouse in Cape Henelopen State Park in Lewes, they have public showers, bathrooms and concession stands. It costs $10.00 for the entrance fee which includes the parking fee, so its well worth it. Your children would love it, its Ocean side, not Bay side like Lewes Beach which as you mentioned is ideal if you have small children. Had a great time on a quick vacation

We had a weeklong trip to the outer banks planned, but we had to cancel this due to a medical emergency earlier in the summer. Things got back on track faster than we planned so we decided to take advantage of our planned time off and go to the beach closer to home. My wife found this condo on VRBO and instantly booked it. The house is in pristine shape, very modern and the complex was very nice and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. Booking was easy and we had no issues. I’d highly recommend and would have no issues going back again.
