Francisco and his family purchased this spacious 1800 sq ft property in August of 2020. The inside has been newly remodeled and is in spotless condition. It is beautifully decorated accompanied by new appliances throughout.

The Olayas fell in love with this area because of its great location and close proximity to everything. Located just off Rt. 1, this home is the perfect family beach home.

This home has the perfect location. It is just off Rt. 1 as you enter the Lewes/Rehoboth area. You'll be minutes away from everything (beaches, shopping, dinning, you name it). You'll avoid the volume of traffic that forms as visitors flock to Lewes and Rehoboth area. The house it self is located in beautiful, family friendly Reserves of Nassau. The property backs up to the popular Georgetown-Lewes Trail.
