This special property is located on scenic Seneca Lake, on South Glenora Road in Dundee, New York. Glenora Falls is just 8 miles from Watkins Glen, and only 20 miles from Geneva, New York, just off of Route 14.

The house has a spacious Great Room, with a soothing view of the Falls.

There is an ample kitchen, and a comfortable front parlor, just off of the spacious 1st floor Master Bedroom, which has a queen bed and sitting area with a dressing room and full bathroom.

The second floor of the estate includes 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Fall asleep and wake up to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall from your exclusive 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the entire property.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom contains a double bed with an attached sleeping porch, with an additional 2 twin beds.

The 3rd upstairs bedroom contains 2 twin beds.

Amazing stay at beautiful property

Highly recommend the stay! Jeff and family were super friendly and accommodating, everything is very well prepared for guests. Most of all, the grounds are totally breath taking! The waterfall is beautiful and a serene back drop on a huge yard with plenty of room to run around, play sports, and relax. Highly recommend and hope to come back again!!

Michelle was so communicative and helpful; just a genuinely lovely woman. The house was absolutely spotless and was set up so nicely. We visited Watkins Glen while in the area, Tremen State Park, Magnus Vineyard and Seneca Harbor Station for dinner- I would recommend them all highly!

Of course we booked this place for the main attraction - the spectacular waterfall. This more than lives up to the pictures and is amazing. We loved having coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening with a view of the falls. The hosts, Michelle and Bill, were amazing with communication and a joy to interact with. The home was clean, welcoming, and it was nice to see all the history in the home. It was a perfect distance from Watkins Glen to be private and then explore the park and city. It would be a dream to be able to return to this property.

An incredible property

My family and I were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the property. The waterfall is truly incredible and we enjoyed hearing the running water at night from our cozy bedrooms. A few of my family members live in nyc (me included) and it was the perfect escape from city living and allowed us to connect with nature without leaving the property. It was a special experience we won’t forget. The hosts are very responsive and warm which elevated the experience. We feel so lucky we were able to stay here and we hope to return in the future.

Spectacular Scenery

This house was all we imagined and more. There was everything we could possibly need. The setting was spectacular! Even though we knew there was a waterfall there we were not prepared for how beautiful it would be. It was a great place for a group of family and friends to gather.

If words could describe this property...

Then I would definitely have one of my more eloquent vacation partners tell you about this place. The photos and videos do not do this place justice. Yes, it looks wonderful in the photos, but in person - Just Wow! The home was spotless and came equipped with everything we could want or need. The owner stopped over to show us how to use a few things and came by again to make sure everything was working well. If you stay here, be aware that everyone will be envious. You will have people stop you when they see you outside to ask if they can come get a better look. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience for our group.

Great location with an amazing view

The property has a pretty rustic feel but the real selling point is the waterfall. The pictures definitely don't do it proper justice. It had just rained before our stay so the waterfall was really going pretty much all weekend. It was great background noise and helped us not to worry about being too loud in the evenings (you'd have to be outright screaming to be heard over the waterfall from more than 15 or 20 feet away). The outdoor fire pit is a great spot to hang out and is super easy to use since it is propane operated. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to be able to enjoy the view as well.

The house was fantastic, very clean and the owners were very helpful. The backyard was the best, it is huge with an amazing view of a waterfall! We had a fantastic 4th of July weekend here!

Cornell Graduation Weekend and BBQ

We are honored to have the opportunity to stay in this 1800's home. The good vibes and well maintained home and property had us feeling right at home. The location with the Waterfall at the center of the rear of the property is worth a million dollars + We were fortunate that Bill (one of the owners) stopped by and shared some of the history of the home and the surrounding area. The Estate at Glenora Falls is a beautiful home at a magical location. The falls are both peaceful and mesmerizing. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was short but incredibly enjoyable. We would love to stay at this property again.

Magical Waterfall

If you love nature, this place is perfect for you! We had our very own waterfall in the huge backyard! It was truly relaxing and spectacular! There is a grill and a fire pit and a lovely patio out back. The home is big, quaint, and comfortable. Great for a large family. Lovely hosts! This is definitely a place to keep coming back to. Could have stayed longer. A gem!
