This is an amazing property! It has everything you would possibly need and then some. Great location and beautiful walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back! The owner made sure we had everything we needed and communication was exceptional!

The house is amazing and Bob is an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed or wanted to have a wonderful trip, including recommendations on local activites. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, we walked our dogs to the beach every morning, and were just a short drive to the village and dining options. The pool and spa are beautiful and everyone in the house enjoyed them. There are plenty of beach towels and just about all of the beach/pool toys you could want! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, we were able to find everything we wanted to cook and grill. The beds were comfortable and loved having 3 king beds for all the adults in our group. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay next time we're in SSI.

Property was spacious and well laid out for a family of 4 to enjoy without feeling on top of each other. Access to beach was an easy walk and the pool was a great addition/option to beach time. Owner was very direct and made sure we were checked in and knew how to operate pool/spa (waterfalls, lighting, spa heat, etc). Also was able to offer opinions/recommendations about restaurants/some activities on the island. Our family enjoyed the visit.

Amazing once again!!! Just the best location, best host, best home stocked with everything anyone could ever need and simply above and beyond expectations for a rental property. Bob met us there on arrival to explain pool and spa App with a welcome basket that lasted us all week! The no see-ums had teeth near the beach walk access so avoid walking through there at dusk like we did once!! . Or wear long sleeves or insect repellent. (Smacking head!) The hot water outside shower is truly a blessing when you have dogs or kids or both. We will be back!!! Can we go again next week??

Bob was a gracious host. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed the pool and volleyball net. The East Beach area is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning walks. We will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing property with the best pool/hot tub ever. The host met us on arrival with drinks, snacks and fresh fruit - just whatever needed after our drive to beautiful St.Simons Island. The kitchen, baths and pool had every amenity you could possibly need. Great property - just a little farther walk to the beach than listed. Our boys loved the basketball and volleyball games in the pool - along with the outdoor TV area!

I cannot say enough about this property. Bob was so accomodating and provided everything we needed - and even things we didn't know we needed! (A pizza pan -- wow!) We spent the mornings at the beach which is an easy walk down the street and then afternoons at the gorgeous pool. The house isn't frilly, which we like -- no breakable objects or long lists of "don'ts." It was perfect for our family of five to relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds and pillows are soft, the games and puzzles are aplenty, the kitchen is beautifully stocked, there are towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. waiting at the ready, there's a TV in every room, and Bob left a plethora of fruit and other treats for us to enjoy. Our dogs had an equally grand time, walking on the beach with us in the morning and enjoying the yard during the day. You just cannot go wrong with this rental and we hope to return again next summer. One note for coffee drinkers: If you arrive late in the day, be sure to pack a little coffee for the next morning. (Bob gave us this tip in his thorough welcome note) There are two coffee makers in the house -- drip and Keurig. You don't want to miss out on your first morning coffee on the deck! Again, divine. Thank you Bob!!

Highly recommend. Property was clean and host was welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen , lots of games, books. There are even bicycles to ride around the island! We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.
