This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is conveniently located in the East Beach community offers an oversized yard, a large swimming pool, spacious indoor living spaces, and is only one home away from beach access. This is the perfect place for the whole family to relax and play! The oversized privately fenced back yard offers plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and play area for the kids.

The first floor of this home features galley kitchen that opens to dining & living space perfect for entertaining. The large dining table will accommodate up to 8 people making it perfect for family dinners! One guest bedroom with adjacent bath are located off the main living area. Follow the hallway to the pool room. This area offers a large TV for streaming and pull out couch. Upstairs you'll find two guest bedrooms with adjacent baths as well as the master bedroom with an en suite bath. Sliding glass doors in the upstairs master bedroom lead to a large balcony overlooking a landscaped back yard & private swimming pool.

For an additional fee, the outdoor pool can be heated. Please note, the heat and jets are not available for use in the spa. Please speak with a property manager for additional details.
