Recently built house on 1 hectare of land in the vineyards, backed the Luberon with view over the Sainte Victoire. Facing south. Very calm environment, no opposite. The house is not shared with any other tenant or owner. 2 levels. 4 large bedrooms. 2 terraces, one shaded. Large private pool.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen overlooking terrace. 1 bedroom (1 double), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, 1 balcony with sofa, table.
Outside: 2 terraces shaded, pool with alarm and ecological water treatment by electrolysis (salt), garden and orchard garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables.
