About this property

Quiet villa overlooking the Provençal countryside, with a sauna and pool in Aix-en-Provence

Totally renovated in 2019, the 180m2 villa is our main residence, and is located in a charming unspoilt hamlet 10 minutes from Aix. You will enjoy the large 10x3.5m swimming pool day and night in summer, the Ping pong table, rugby posts for the children... and the sauna and the stove in winter.<br>The house is protected from noise, only the cicadas will rock your summer days. However, it is not isolated, the hamlet being inhabited all year round. The house has 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds, as well as a guest bedroom with a sofa bed. We can also provide the children with floor mattresses, but also we have equipment for babies, such as a cot, high chair and potty.<br>You can park 2 vehicles.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
