The chalet is ideally located 300 meters from the center of Samoëns (less than 5 'walk), in a quiet residential area. You will be at home. Spacious, with an area of 82 m2, it is located on a wooded and flat, it has several parking spaces.
Its maximum capacity is 8 people (ideal for 6 people).
On the ground floor: an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen: ceramic hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, .... Living room with 2 sofas including a "trundle beds" (2x1 person), TV, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Play corner for children.
On the floor, two rooms with balcony (1x2 people and 1x2 people + 2x1 person in bunk beds). A bathroom with shower washbasin, WC. cot type "umbrella" and high chair are available.
Covered terrace with safe storage (hiking boots, ski, ...). Garden Lounge.
Between 1080 and 2370 Euros per week depending on the period, the price includes the end of stay cleaning, the provision of sheets, towels, kitchen linen, and tourist tax.
