PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

We take pride in keeping the condo well maintained and updated. NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER.

Gorgeous Views and Prime Location!

Our family of 4 loved everything about our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, amazing pools and beach access literally steps away. Everything was super easy from check-in, trash disposal to the overall amenities of the resort. We also loved the location right in the heart of Destin and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The water park directly across the street was amazing and we took advantage of that during a red flag day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this property in lovely Destin. Becky and Lonnie were great at communicating and answered their phone immediately when we had to call once. They were very helpful and personable. The unit was lovely with an awesome view and we would stay here again with no hesitation; in fact, we would love to!

perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable, all that we needed to enjoy our week there. The complex is very nice with pools and right on the beach. We also took advantage of the tennis courts. We would definitely recommend it.

I was so impressed with the property, the check in process was excellent as well but we had a problem with the parking. I informed the unit owner that we gave 3 cars and the they confirned that we can have 3 card but on oir check in we were only allowed 2 cars. Its so inconvinient 1 of cars was parked near wynn dixie outside the property then we had to check the car whick is outside the property. It should have been 5/5 but that happened

We (family of 3 with tween) were so grateful to stay in this lovely home for a weekend. Beds were comfy, home was cozy, and all the staff were very nice. Well-lit location close to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach with awesome views. Didn't use the kitchen but looked like it would have what was needed to make meals. Highly recommend!

You couldn't ask for nicer accommodations, verry clean, nicely decorated, attention to details (an abundance of USB outlets), 30 seconds to the beach, and at least in November, sun on the balcony until noon. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

Everything went fine, location was great. I would say an extra roll of toilet paper would be nice as one bathroom only had 1/2 a roll for a week stay. Everything was as advertised.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this booking was amazing. The hosts very detailed in their instructions and very accurate with their listing. The place was super clean, decor made it very homey and beachy feel. Having a washer and dryer was a huge asset. Kitchen was stocked with majority of essentials. Beds very comfortable. View was great, location was near a lot. We will definitely be returning and referring to our friends and family.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, tvs in every room, comfy beds, washer and dryer, anything you could need in n the kitchen for cooking, beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful view from the balcony, and a super short walk down to beach. The only thing I woods be aware of and this has nothing to do with the condo itself. When I was there 2 of the 4 elevators were down. That made it a little hard getting around. The building itself was either putting on a new roof or doing work on it. They started at about 7:30 in the morning and were still going at 6:30 at night during the week. Extremely loud since the condo was the top floor. Just something to be aware of if you have little ones that might need naps. The place was so wonderful though that it would not keep me from coming back which I hope to.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The 20th floor is high up with beautiful view of the beach and the city. We would have loved higher up chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view above the railing but it was still enjoyable. The unit was clean and comfortable.Great access to great shopping and dining. The communication was awesome with the owners.
