Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time, but we chose to depart a day ahead of schedule due to an approaching hurricane. I would certainly consider staying at this property again on our next visit to Destin.

I had a wonderful time . The villa was just what I wanted. The pool was wonderful. The personnel was great from the front desk to the shuttle driver and the restaurant staff . I plan on renting again at the Palms.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well decorated. My family absolutely loved the couch. I enjoyed having coffee on the patio every morning, watching the sun rise and watching the lil lizards running around. We even made friends with a squirl. The locals that live at the resort are very friendly and warm as well. My family did not want to leave.

perfect location to the amazing 12,000 sq ft pool. owners were on top of all issues and maintenance concerns we experienced. bar was a treat with daily specials and bottomless mimosas. all staff on site was welcoming and helpful.

The place was amazing! My family of 4 really enjoyed being able to just walk out and be directly in the property for swimming, getting to the car, and for the bar of course. Really close to the beach, can either walk it or drive to the local parking near back porch restaurant which is free parking lunch/dinner at Back Porch.Would recommend this to anyone, especially a small family!

Just as pictured and described, we had a great stay. King bed has a thick foam soft topper if you like soft beds. Was really impressed how quiet it is when you are in the villa, even with a bigger group next to us. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, location to everything is wonderful both within Destin and within the resort.

The room was accurately described but needs updating in some ways. The location was great in relevance to the pool as there is a gate right outside of the room that leads into the main pool area, which is also wonderful! This made it very convenient having children. The king size bed was super comfortable. However, the queen size bed was quite firm with very flat pillows. The main door deadbolt did not work which we notified the owner about but it was not fixed which was a little unsettling. Overall we did have a great stay and our kids loved it!

The villa that I booked, Villa 1, was 87 degrees HOT when I entered. I couldn't lower the theromstat. I called the property manager who said they would send over the HVAC people. I suggested that I would like to move to another villa where the AC was working properly. I was moved to Villa 11, but first I had to recheck in and visit the front desk for a second time. The AC snafu in Villa 1 and subsequent move to Villa 11 wasted about 1 3/4 hours of my first day at the property.

Unfortunately, mechanical issues can happen without warning, especially during the heat of August. Our team responded immediately and, fortunately, we had another villa available. Rather than asking you and your family to wait for an HVAC repair, we were able to relocate you into a cool, comfortable home within approximately one hour of being notified. Because the replacement villa required different access credentials, a new key had to be issued. We understand that added an extra step, but it allowed us to get your family settled comfortably as quickly as possible. We’re glad you and your family were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay and make lasting memories. While we’re disappointed to have lost a star despite going above and beyond to resolve an unexpected maintenance issue quickly and prioritize your comfort, we remain proud of how promptly our team responded and the solution we were able to provide.

Perfect place for our family trip! The villa was clean and right by the pool. The resort was close to Henderson and June White beaches as well as tons of other entertainment. We will be back!
