We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quick communication and property was as described. The plush towels were nice and the water in the refrigerator was a pleasant amenity. I also loved how fragrant the place was when we walked in. Quite comforting! We’ll definitely stay here the next time we’re visiting.

Great little cottage. It is back from the highway and I was not bothered by the highway noise. Owner lives next door and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Friendly host greeted us on arrival. Stayed 5 days and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well-stocked. Good location for exploring Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte area. The bungalow is in a quiet, safe area. Close to grocery stores and other shopping. Weather was warm enough for the tortoise to appear and roam around the yard!

Very good stay, excellent host

Our stay was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Veice and other beautiful areas. If our travels take us this way in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book Richard's place.

Canoeing Snow Birds

We loved this location and the privacy of this little cottage. The lanai/screen room was excellent so we spent a lot of time sipping tea/coffee, playing games and eating. The location was near beautiful natural surroundings and other fun activities.
