This house is in a good location. It was very clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing simple meals. The decor was charming and bedrooms comfortable. We’d choose this residence again for future trips to Punta Gorda!

We were in town for an event at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center and this house was so close to everything! The house was very neat and clean and I give it two thumbs up.

We were all very impressed with this home in Punta Gorda. It was actually better than the pictures. Plenty of room, very clean, and nice area. We have family and Punta Gorda and plan to stay at this location again, each time if we can!

Great Place!

House was the best rental I have found. Everything as described in the listing. Clean, well appointed and in a very convenient location. Pickleball courts across the street and breakfast within walking distance.

Surprise and Delight!!

This property was amazing and the profile doesn’t do it justice! The absolute cleanest place we’ve ever stayed after over a decade using VRBO. Lots of hidden delights and very comfortable and quiet. So close to grocery and Downtown- strong recommendation!! We slept so well we didn’t want to leave.

Girls get away

The house was located in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (dishes, pans, spices, coffee pot). The rooms were wonderfully decorated very casual & calming. Beds were comfy & 2 bathrooms for 4 ladies getting ready to go out was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Five stars is not enough, we need 11 stars for this property. Clean and comfortable. So many little touches that made living here easy and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, well stocked linens and towels. The location was excellent near downtown but in a residential area that was quiet. Pickleball right across the atreet in a park with many activities.

The house was immaculately clean and so nicely decorated. Beds and all furniture was very comfortable. Everything you could need was provided including thoughtful touches like nightstand charging ports, a pail of personal items you might have forgotten, and staples like sugar, coffee filters, etc. in a well equipped kitchen. Outdoor space was private and lovely. Used outdoor space every day. The location was perfect for us. My husband is an avid cyclist and could access the Babcock-Webb wildlife management area with miles of unpaved roads for cycling, in a quick and easy 12 minute drive. We could also easily get to restaurants and the waterfront area on foot if you like to walk like we do. Tony was a wonderful host. Quick to reply to all of my inquiries and very accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

5 minutes from everthing!

This house was extremely clean and tidy. Even the walls were so nicely painted, it makes me want to re-paint my walls again at home! The backyard was nice and private from neighbors by the fence surrounding it, so you can sit out and grill supper in private. The South County Regional Park is everything you need to enjoy the outdoors right across the street! The park is a 1 mile loop for runners to safely lap, a disk golf course all around the park, pickleball/tennis courts, nice gated outdoor pool with lounge chairs, snacks and bathrooms, and basketball courts! For just 3 a day non-residents can come and go as you wish all day, to use the pool! It was my favorite find in Punta Gorda! Very well kept park and used by many. Then I just walked across the street to my vrbo home!
