You Can Fish, Shrimp and Crab directly from the Dock. Living Room features Large Windows for Plenty of Natural Light and a Pull Out Sofa Bed, Dining Table also Converts to a Gaming Table. Living area has been updated with New Carpeting and Vinyl Plank Flooring. Fully Equipped Kitchen Features Double Oven and Flat Cook top, Dishwasher and Double Stainless Sink . Master Suite has a King Size Bed, Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo Bath. 2nd Bedroom features 2 twin beds. Two Smart TVs with Cable and WiFi. Washer and Dryer as well as linens and towels.

We are Local Residents and own the property right next door. We have other one for family and it is not always occupied. My Wife Colleen and I live in East Palatka and we love the River.

Why they chose this property

This is a Great River Front Location close to St Augustine, The Beaches and some of the Best Fishing. You can boat to Salt Springs or Tour the Ocklawaha River, Lake George or go to Crescent Lake.

What makes this property unique

The sunset is amazing and bird watching is great also. Occasionally, you can even spot a Manatee swimming by. Have Dinner on the back porch with a nice breeze and enjoy nature.
