We all loved the house and the dock area! Just perfect for our family weekend stay. The fold out bed needs more padding with the metal springs. we has a little trouble with the bbq grill, but changed out the propane and it worked much better the next night.

The hidden gem of Canyon Lake

Beautiful property with everything you need on site! Close enough to everything be convenient, but far enough away to offer unmatched peace and quiet. The direct river access is a dream come true for those with a kayak or paddle board to get out and enjoy the water. The guest house, home of the 2nd queen size bed, is a perfect divider for families who may want a little more privacy :)

Rented to float the river and it went well! Beds were comfortable and the table was big enough to seat out group. Overall pretty decent place to stay!

Extended Weekend Getaway
