Great location. The condo was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. In no way do we want to have this considered a bad review but want to be honest as well. Our lone complaint was at this price point, the internet should have worked flawlessly. We had an elderly parent that is not very mobile and was confined to the condo and was unable to watch shows or access something as simple as YouTube tv or Netflix. Same with 2 toddler children. Made things a bit unpleasant at times. Our suggestion is having Spectrum come out and fix it for your next guests especially since your maintenance person could not resolve the issue. It would be appreciated to have some sort of refund for the inconvenience. Two other items worth noting which are out of the control of the host: Flies were horrible, couldn’t enjoy the pool. The garbage cans had hundreds of flies and whenever we brought food back, we were swarmed. Also, We had to clean up bird droppings off the deck chairs daily.

Beautiful condo with unbeatable view!

The condo is as beautiful as the listing shows. When we arrived, the floors looked great, but were quite dirty - as we all had dirty feet from walking barefoot. I called the rental company and they quickly sent a housekeeper who vacuumed and mopped and apologized for the inconvenience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

Our family had a great time at this condo. The beach access was close and one of the Ocean Dunes pools was directly across the street and a very short walk. We would certainly stay here again. The only complaint I really have is that the pillows and the comforters for the beds did not smell the best at all. I do wonder how often those are washed. If you have room, i would certainly recommend taking your own.

Perfect!

This place is absolutely lovely. Spotless, recently renovated with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The first time I have ever been at a beach rental where I thought "I want to get a set of these pans!" The TV in the living room was great and perfect for watching Stanley Cup hockey in the evenings. The view from the large deck is wonderful, and we were fortunate to have near-perfect weather during our stay. There are outdoor pools at the complex and access to a rec center that we did not use because we spent all of our time on the beach! Highly recommend Searenity for your Kure Beach stay.

July 4th week stay

We just finished our week stay at Searinity. The condo was great and the remodel was very well done from last year. The rental agency was also very easy to deal with and helped with a wifi issue when we arrived within and hour. Couple of small items for future stays: the closest pool is across the street and has no bathroom so makes it a little bit of a hassle. The view is amazing but you need to walk down 50-75 yards in either direction to get into the ocean without running into the large rocks there. The indoor pool is a little bit of a walk but was great for the rainy days/storms. Overall would def recommend, condo was great!

Beach Memories

Overall we had a great experience in this unit. We had stayed in Ocean Dunes last year in a two bedroom unit, but brought the grandparents along this year so we upgraded to the three bedroom. The views were great from the porch, the AC and kitchen appliances worked great, and the ease of access to the beach was perfect for us and the kids. The unit is well renovated and overall in good shape Our only complaints were that the unit could have used a bit more extra cleaning when we got there, as well as some of the dishes. It wasn't enough for us to give management a call, but something worth noting.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo was exactly as shown, and it isn’t often that it looked just as nice in person as it did online. A few issues that dropped rating to 4 was check-in experience (no info in Vrbo app but all through txt and email), had to make own beds with linen and towels dropped off, water was off when we arrived so had to do a late call to resolve, discovered refrigerator was set to off in the morning after large amount of groceries stored overnight (even though refrigerator lights were on), and there were a number of maintenance issues). But overall minor problems compared to top of the line remodeled unit. We would stay there again.

Beautiful right on the ocean

Stayed in 2109 clean, spacious and right on the ocean! We stayed the last week of March, not busy at all which is exactly what we wanted! No starter supplies at all so make sure to be prepared! Only complaints are the elevator was not working, and hauling all of our luggage and groceries and every time we shopped up 4 flights of stairs was awful! We definitely wouldn’t stay again unless elevator is working, otherwise had a great stay! All beds were comfortable, ample kitchen supplies, deck was very nice to relax on. I would not want any floor other then the top, top decks get full sun. Check in and out was very convenient. The rec room is about 2 blocks away, across the road… it appears to be on this property, but it is not. That was kind of inconvenient.
