Other amenities include new appliances, washer and dryer, UNBELIEVABLE SUNROOM! Fire pit, 2 refrigerators, ceiling fans in every room, AC, Propane BBQ grill and much more. owner is licensed real estate agent in Arizona.

This Fantastic lake house is on Randall lake in the center of the North Chain of Lakes. The Willows and Bills Grill house Restaurants are on the Chain of lakes for you to visit while spending your day on the lake.

This is what a ideal cottage house on the lake should be! Very well decorated and clean .The lake view and sunsets were fantastic. Sunroom was amazing. Fire pit was very nice. Beds were very comfortable best sleep I had in long time.Extra refrigerator in garage came in handy. Dan answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Great value!

Oops!

I made the mistake of booking the wrong week for my stay. And the place was booked for the following week when we needed to stay. It was completely my fault yet the owner went out of his way to help us find another place for the Thanksgiving weekend. We plan to visit family in the area again and this will be our first option to stay. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing and Beautiful View

We truly enjoyed the lake house we were there visiting family and my husband is on oxygen so we really needed a comfortable place. The house gave us great relaxation in the nice 4 seasons room and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed if you wanted to stay in and cook. Very comfortable we will definitely be staying again. Looking forward to staying in the summer time. Thank you!

Amazing stay at a perfect lake house!

The sunroom was our favorite as well as the fire pit! Also, can't beat being right on the water! The property manager was amazing and is easy to talk to and contact! Perfect amount of space for everyone, plenty of outdoor seating as well! Any store you need is within 10 minutes as well as some pretty good restaurants! If your looking for a fun, relaxing getaway this is your place - everything you need is here!

Relaxing weekend stay

Had a great weekend. House is very nice and comfortable. Daniel was a joy to work with. Alot of nice wineries close by and coldwater has nice restaurants as well. Will definitely bring my boat next time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house and only had some minor issues. We really enjoyed the sunroom and spent most of our evenings in there. The house was well maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed being able to use the garage and put our boat trailer in there. The extra fridge in the garage was a plus. House is in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to take the dogs on a walk every day. Unfortunately a few articles of clothing were ruined in the washer from the rusty water. The beds were a little too firm for us, but if you like firm beds then it’ll be good for you. Air conditioning barely came out of vent in back queen bedroom, which made for some hot sleeping nights. Overall a very nice relaxing vacation.

Great house, great boat, great location, great owner!

Had a great week at sunset lake house! All linens, towels, laundry supplies are alteady there! Grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Pack your clothes and head to the lake. Rented the boat for the week and it ran like a top! Highly recommend this rental.

I did a fishing trip with my brothers and dad. Dan was very helpful with everything. The cottage was clean and updated. The best part was the big sunroom! Even though you are on a channel you still had a lake view! Great Lake for finishing!

When we first drove up it was clear from the beginning it was going to be a perfect vacation. The big beautiful sign greeting us with vibrant colors and "sunset lake house" said it all.. we were going to love being here. House was in immaculate shape, clean from top to bottom. Outside there's a nice size yard with a beautiful view overlooking the channel and lake for fun during the day and fire pit with wood to enjoy the evenings. 3 seasons room with large windows points to the channel and lake with a television for entertaining guests or just to enjoy family time in comfort. House has all the amenities needed: Wifi, beautiful full service kitchen with MORE than enough pots, pans, cups, plates, etc. for our family plus friends, new gas stove, new refrigerator, new over the stove microwave, Amazon fire sticks for the TVs, air conditioning, big dining room table, large sectional for entertaining, bedrooms with comfy beds and so much more. Don't miss out! Great location, close to town for great dining/entertainment, close to Coldwater golf course and one of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters, Capri Drive-in. Owners are truly one of a kind and want guests to have everything needed to enjoy their stay. Money well spent and no regrets about staying at the Sunset Lake House. Will be back!
