GORGEOUS OCEAN FRONT CONDO!

Ocean Grove West U-7 is a expanded unit with great views of the ocean from the living/dining area & principal bedroom/bath. This is an end unit, closest to the beach with outstanding ocean views in either direction. This is truly one of kind condo with a larger living area & bedrooms. Lots of your room for your family!

Access to beach is literally 55 steps and the pool is 40 front steps from the front door!. Parking is convenient and covered area directly at front door. You will receive 2 parking passes and they must stay on vehicles at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: CHARCOAL GRILLS ARE NOT PERMTTED AT THIS COMPLEX, PER THE HOA.

Principal Bedroom - King Bed, Private Bedroom with a full bathroom with a gorgeous oversized walk-in shower! Private Deck! Gorgeous window views of the Ocean!
2nd Bedroom - King Bed, with a full attached bathroom & access to to a private deck. Oversized windows with amazing ocean views
3rd Bedroom -King Bed with an attached private bathroom and sliding glass door that leads to a private deck.
4th Bedroom/Beach Room - 2 Single Beds with a Den. There is a door to a private deck with direct access to the beach.
Ground Level: Walk into a convenient full bathroom bathroom and laundry facility on this level

No more than a total of 8 people, including children, shall be able to occupy a rental unit.

PLEASE NOTE: IF ANY GROUP OF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE IS OCCUPYING THIS PROPERTY, THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND!

All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

2. Security Deposit - $1,000 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been spending 1-2 weeks in Pine Knoll Shores every summer for almost 40 years. This is one of the best places we have rented to date and we highly recommend it. Every room is updated and is spacious. We were there 2 weeks this past July and may rent again next year. We have family in Morehead so this allows us to spend time with them. Be aware that the HOA does not allow visitors to use the pool subject to fines - this is the only restriction that may cause us to rent at another location.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone in the group agreed that the mattresses on all the beds were way too hard/firm. Other than that, we had a really great time. The living room had enough seating where the family could all sit and spend time together.

Awesome week!

We highly recommend this rental unit...it accommodated our family of 9 perfectly! Everyone had their own space, the unit was well equipped with everything needed, and the view was amazing. Beach and pool were only a few steps away. Plenty of quality restaurants and fun activities near by...Didn’t want to leave! We will be returning next year.

I would highly recommend this condo for a large group or family.
