Sleek, Modern Condo a Short Walk from Downtown Dunedin (Snowbird Rental)

This comfortable, luxurious home is located in a highly desirable 55+ community. We require a booking of 4 months, January 2 through May 1, 2019. This condo was completely remodeled in 2017. A unique highlight of the unit are three distinct "outdoor" spaces: a Florida room, and outdoor patio, and a covered patio with mosquito netting. It comes complete with all the appliances, dishes, utensils, and bedding you need to feel completely at home. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a pleasant 20-min walk to downtown Dunedin and all the dining and entertainment options available there. The white-sand beaches of Honeymoon Island are about 10 min away by car, and you are about 5 min away from the spring training camp of the Toronto Blue Jays. The community pool is heated for your enjoyment even on cool days. Cable TV with high-speed internet, WIFI, and HBO included.
