Relaxing week

Carillon Beach -so convenient

The property owner was the best ever, very responsive and accommodating. The home was super comfortable, across the street from the heated pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, and playground. The beach was minutes away. We home to return as it was a fabulous vacation!

Great Stay

This was our 3rd trip to Carillon and first time at Beach Castle. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again. Our kids (2 & 5) loved the space to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked, which in other rentals I have stayed in has not been the case. Also, I did reach out to Don during the stay and he was very quick in response. 10/10 would recommend!

Exactly As "Advertised"

This home is everything the listing says it is and perhaps more. Highlights from my experience: - Ideal location with private beach - spacious, super clean (felt so comfortable even during COVID) - great amenities throughout home and community (pool, etc.) - great communication with owner (pre and during visit) I will certainly be staying at the Beach Castle again in the future!

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved our stay at Carrilon beach in "Beachcastle!" There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. The kids loved the bunks and the third floor crows nest. Beautiful views of the ocean from up top! I loved the spacious master and master bath. The home had all of the creature comforts of being at home. We had everything we needed! The location is within close walking distance to a near beach walkover and the home rents with two comfy shaded chaise lounges on the beach. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Family trip at Beach Castle

This is a beautiful property, it had everything we needed as a family. The hall bunk beds were large enough for teenagers to sleep in. We had my son and his fiancé fly in for a few days and we easily fit them in the sleeping arrangements. We never felt crowded. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse sand off before going into the house. Grilled out a few nights and everything we needed was there including large serving trays . The owner was great to work with, will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation Home-run!

My wife and I invited our children and grandchildren for a two week stay to Beachcastle at Carillon Beach. The house was wonderful, located convenient to the beach, pools, and for our frequent visits to the village for ice cream. The village offers free concerts and movies in the evenings during the week, which the grandkids especially loved. The community is peaceful, with side walks and landscaping conducive to walking, riding bikes, and razors everywhere we went. We have been looking for years for a destination we want to return to year after year; we found it this year!

Great vacation home!!!

We were 5 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of dishes, silverware and kitchen supplies. Just across the street from the pool and pickleball courts. We played every morning. We loved all the outdoor seating areas too. Coffee in the mornings and happy hour in the evenings. Don made sure our every need was met. We hope to be back next year!! Carillon Beach is our favorite place to vacation. We love the fact that it is a gated community.

Fabulous house in a perfect neighborhood

Beachcastle is a beautiful house with everything you could every need! The deck box on the back porch was stocked with tons of beach toys. Having a washer/dryer in the house was great to throw your beach towels & trunks in after a long day at the beach. We rented a golf cart but really was not necessary. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The only suggestion I would make is to bring a few extra bath towels if you like to wrap your hair in one. There is only one towel for each person in each bathroom. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking in Carilon! Don is excellent to work with and make the whole rental process a breeze! We hope to go back next year!

Spring Break Retreat with my Kids and Sister (from Minneapolis)

We had the privilege of staying at BeachCastle during Spring Break. This place exceeded our expectations. I'll make my summary short and sweet. 1. The house has EVERYTHING! Kitchen stuff, ocean toys, games, stuff for the grilling outdoors (including lighter fluid). We played the game of Farkle (a dice game from the Middle Ages) almost every night. It was nice to have a few beach chairs (no extra charge) on the beach allocated for us. 2. The house is immaculate. It is tastefully decorated. We felt at home right away. 3. The location is awesome. It is a short drive to everything (grocery stores, restaurants). 4. We were fortunate to get good weather. We have tons of pictures and great memories. Working with Don was perfect. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay. We used all three bedrooms plus the bunk beds. Ron

Return to Beachcastle

The owner and housekeeping were very, very accommodating. We had a major problem with car rental at the airport and the owner and housekeeper were very diligent, and mainly, pleasant, to work and get us in early because of our rental car situation. The house was clean and very well furnished for a family vacation. We will return to Beachcastle and highly recommend for anyone looking in Carillon Beach.

Perfect Family Beach Stay

We enjoyed our month at Beachcastle. The home provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and host our family and grandkids. All the tucked away decks and sitting areas were enjoyable and offered privacy. The community is outstanding as well as nearby Conservation Park. We hope to return to this beautiful property.

Excellent Time Had By All

The Beach House is amazing. We loved the spacious feel and all the decks. The outside shower and the hose to spray off beach items were great. We cooked most of our meals and really enjoyed the kitchen. A large casserole dish and some cookie sheets would be a nice addition to the kitchen. The close proximity to the large pool is nice. For future renters I would suggest bringing washcloths, towels and bath mats. There was only one set per person for the five of us. I look forward to the beds and furniture upgrades. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home

Wonderful family Fall Break!

This was our 9th trip to Carrilon and we loved Beach Castle! It was a great house for 4 adults and 3 kids. The beach and pool are a super close walk. The owner was very responsive and great to work with! We will stay here again.
