Welcome to our beautiful, fully furnished beach home! Located just 1 mile from the beach walkover to Carillon Beach, this custom-designed home is the perfect getaway for families and groups looking to relax, enjoy the beach, and make unforgettable memories. With plenty of space, a private pool, beautifully landscaped yard, and family-sized grill, we offer an excellent value for larger groups.

While you’ll likely spend most of your time enjoying the gorgeous beaches, pool, and sunshine, the home is also equipped for relaxing indoors. Enjoy flat-screen TVs, a CD/DVD player, and complimentary WiFi—perfect for a cozy evening or a rainy beach day!

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. The adjacent dining area seats six, while the oversized living room offers comfortable sofas, loveseats, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The first-floor master bedroom features a King-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, stand-in shower, and large walk-in closet. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a King-size bed and private full bathroom. Two bedrooms also offer large windows with beautiful Gulf views! The fifth bedroom is perfect for children, featuring 2 separate bunk beds and a trundle bed, along with its own full bathroom.

Our home is conveniently located near Pier Park, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and a great selection of indoor and outdoor restaurants, eateries, and bars. Everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation is close by!

Absolute terrible experience from the booking to the stay. When we arrived, the house was in horrible condition with broken floor tiles taped together, sand all over the floor and couch, toilets nasty with broken toilet seats, ants everywhere, trash around the property, pool disgusting with trash floating when we arrived. Unknown substance smeared all over the walls in the bunk room, the door lock key pad stopped working and it took 3 days to send someone to fix it only for it to break again, causing 4 days we couldn’t leave the property to do anything. Host said would send someone to clean the house but never did. We had to purchased cleaning supplies ourselves and clean the house just to make it habitable. Was told by host they were issuing a 3 day refund but still hasn’t refunded the amount promised. RENTER BEWARE!! Absolutely unacceptable.

This was beautiful and very well maintained. Full bathrooms in every bedroom is helpful with multiple families. The manager was super helpful and top of any questions i had. The area is perfect for a little lower key traffic. Short walk to the beach. Pool was a lil small but so are most others in the area. I highly recommend this home. Only suggestion i have is to bring essentials such as garbage bags, plates, utensils, toilet paper, and paper towel. Supply was limited or not available. I dont know if that is standard.

This was our third or fourth time at this house. The house has a great layout and wonderful location. These are why we like the house. The lock wasn’t working correctly upon arrival The owner sent someone the next day to fix it. The bathrooms in each bedroom are another reason we like this house. However, we were very disappointed in the condition of the plumbing. One bathroom had a bathtub that took four days to drain. That made it unusable. Another bathroom sink faucet leaked water all over counter when on. And a leak in this bathroom tub/shower leaked into the kitchen ceiling so heavy we and to use pots to catch the water resulting in another unusable bathroom. The powder room toilet ran the entire week. Again, the owner responded to emails and sent someone to survey the issues but nothing was fixed Hopefully the house can get back in good shape. Until this visit it has been good for our families to use.

After a week of reflection-Check in and communication gets 5 stars. We didn't feel any issue was with disruption on either end. This home is beautiful. It has such good bones. No beach view. There were 12 of us. 8 adults, 4 kids ages 14-17. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. Each bedroom having a bathroom was perfect! We felt that the rooms were spacious & very well laid out. Ample storage in all areas. Living space-everyone was comfortable. Kitchen was usable, but not without some help. Purchased a griddle, ceramic pan, large bowls, & some dish rags because that is what we needed to be functional. Left all in the home. Advice...The pool- Needs a new pump. When the pump worked, 2 days of 7, it was fantastic. We did our part in trying to keep it free of debris.Plumbing-needs a lot of attention. Very slow drainage & running toilets.The yard-needs a lot of attention. Towels & wash clothes-accommodates up to 16 individuals. There should be 16 towels & wash clothes. We didn't have 12 of either.Cleanliness-I cleaned our first evening there. As a professional cleaner, I would suggest ensuring the company cleaning, does their job. There was a lot of dust on shelves & window sills, dirt & sand on the floors, dirty walls & cabinets, etc. I wiped down all kitchen cabinets. I expected a much cleaner house for a 450 cleaning fee.A little paint can do so much! Do touchups.All that said, we enjoyed our stay, & would book again.

Loved the looks of the outside and location. Short walk to the beach. When we arrived the 2 trash bins were overflowing. Trash pick up is Tuesday & Friday. We stayed Wednesday thru Sunday. Never picked up. The kitchen trash can had not been emptied. 2 toilets were dirty. 4 tubs were dirty. 1 tub was stopped up. 1 toilet upstairs ran constantly. Dusty window sills and blinds. No ice maker, only ice trays & 1 broke when emptying it. Dirt was in the corners. When I contacted the host she said she would send someone to clean. She didn't. Contacted me the next day asking if anyone came. I said no and she asked if she could send someone now. I said no, that we had cleaned. I also said I didn't think I should pay 450 cleaning fee if we cleaned. She said she would compensate me. She did not. Listed it would sleep 16. It only sleeps 13. She said the twin beds could sleep 2 each. No they can't. I loved the fact that each bedroom has it's own bath but I will not return to this house.

You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well.

This is our third year to stay in this house. We have 12-14 every year and it fits us comfortably!! Communication with the owner is always quick and friendly. The pool is small but great for our kiddos. The house is just a few steps across the road to beach access. We really enjoy staying here and especially love the area because it’s much less busy than the condos in PCB!! Highly recommend a stay here!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Excellent location, easy short walk to the beach. home was very spacious and the pool was used quite a bit. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property owner and his response time was excellent.

Great house

Enjoyed the house... each bedroom has private en-suite. Location did not get 5 stars because of my preference to have unobstructed view of ocean. Will definitely stay again. Owner was always quick to respond.

Great location & we loved the house

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.
