VO Resort: w/golf cart, beach/bay access, boat dock, fish pier, mini golf & more

Venture Out Resort is a popular golf cart community located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach bordering St Andrews State Park. Bring your boat! Fun for the entire family without ever leaving the resort! Venture Out has it all including a fishing pier on the bay with fish cleaning station, private boat launch with boat slips, car/boat wash down area, two community pools (one beachfront, one overlooking the bay, both with restrooms), community grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, basketball, and much more! The resort has several bathhouses with spacious showers and self service laundry machines. These facilities are available for use in addition to having your own private bathrooms/laundry at the cottage. Ice is available for purchase at the main office. 24 hour onsite security. Dedicated private beach access directly across the street. Golf cart provided for easy resort navigation. Beach chair service is provided complimentary (March-October) which includes 2 padded chaise loungers with umbrella. Additional chairs may be rented directly from the beach vendor. During the off season you'll need to bring your beach supplies from home. Use the golf cart to tote all your beach supplies (just bring your cooler)!

470 Marlin Drive is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that sleeps 6 (4 adults comfortably). Living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Unit comes with all bedding, linens, & bathing towels. Enjoy a private driveway and gas golf cart to quickly navigate to the beach or to the many great amenities within the resort. Watch the boats arrive at Pirates Cove Marina next door or swim with mermaids at Sisters of the Sea Restaurant. Expect to see wildlife at night walking throughout the resort. Deer and raccoons are known to visit regularly.

The resort charges a $75 registration fee due upon arrival if not prepaid online. If you have more than 1 vehicle additional fees will apply. **golf cart is not street legal and solely intended for use inside resort only but includes crossing street to beach** Boat/trailer daily fees apply. Ask owner for detailed information.

Dumpsters are located behind maintenance building on the bay next to pool.

2023 Spring Break with Family

Great Getaway!

My wife and I visit Venture Out PCB 2-3 times every year but this is the first time we’ve rented from VRBO. The experience was fantastic and maybe easier than renting directly from VO. I will definitely check VRBO again especially for this property or any other property Caron may have for rent. She was great to work with!

Amazing house in a perfect location

The house was super clean and well maintained what made it cosy and welcoming. We felt like home from the beginning on! The location close to the state park and the amenities in the community is really convenient. The golf cart provided made it easy and fun getting around. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

The description and images were accurate. The golf cart was a great way to quickly hop over to the marina and to the beach; the kids loved it and wanted to ride it everywhere in the complex. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, so all we had to do was grab groceries. Loved having a washer and dryer, so we didn't need to pack a ton of clothes.

Amazing beach/resort get away!

We came here for spring break with my two sons (12 and 9). The house is so clean and has everything that is needed! It was super close yo a heated pool and park. It was a short golf ride to a private beach and another private pool! Every day we would go to the beach and there were two chairs and an umbrella set up for us - it was heaven. Every question or request was answered timely by the owners. I would strong suggest renting this property if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay!

Great stay at a great resort!

My boyfriend and I stayed here last week and we loved it!! It was absolutely perfect for us. Enough space for us and any guests, if we would have had some. The house is right next to the boat docks, fishing pier, pool and park. Very convenient, especially with the golf cart. Owner always happily answered any questions I had and made sure I received all the information ahead of time. The ONLY complaint we have was the mattress… it was very stiff and uncomfortable to us. My boyfriend has a bad back and said it felt like sleeping on a wood plank. Other than that, we had a great stay! Would highly recommend and will most likely stay again!!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect. A little hard for us with walking disabilities issues for the both of us. Gas golf cart we tried to use but was unsuccessful (not the units fault) we just couldn't get it to lock in place with the break. Definitely needs longer strings to turn the light and fan on in one of the bedrooms. Overall if we were in better shape it would have been perfect for us.

It was a great place such easy beach access, a little disappointed the main pool was not heated, the smaller pool was heated. It advertised a heated pool, I assumed it would be the main pool. We had beach rental chairs included and that was fabulous. The little cottage was cute and just enough for our two week stay. Would stay there again.
