BOOK NOW!! Come stay in this spacious Golf Villa located in beautiful Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Villa is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to accomodate any additional guests. Unit has been recently updated with new paint, new mattresses on each bed, new carpet, and new furniture. Master Bath now has a marble walk in shower. One of the many pools on site is located right behind the unit. You an sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home or if you prefer, there are several dining options on the resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, if you prefer more of an upscale dining experience, or for more of a casual atomosphere, the beachfront Bimini Sand Bar is always a good choice. The resort also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and Edgie's Corner Market.

Recreational amenities include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. There is a fitness center, spa center and of course there is the Executive Par Three Golf Course.

There is definitely something for everyone at this resort! Too many amenities to list! If you find time to leave the resort, you will find Pier Park a short 4 miles away. Pier Park hosts a large outdoor shopping mall and houses multiple restaurants including Jimmy Buffett's Margaritiville. Shipwreck Island Water Park is within walking distance from the resort along with many more attractions!

Come and see for yourself, our villa is the perfect accomodation. It offers privacy while still offering all of the amenities that you would expect at the only full service resort on Panama City Beach!!

I celebrated my 38th birthday at the Villas with my husband & friends.Very nice, clean & quiet. Great location. Just FYI if you rent a golf cart you cant get inside gate to park at your villa overnight.

Very comfortable and ample space. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet which was nice. Everyone used the master shower because it was AMAZING - dual shower heads, huge space, walk-in shower. The resort amenities were nice. Restaurant on site was convenient, but a little pricey. The pools were all over the place which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit felt very large and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the pool right by us but also loved being able to access all other pools and spas on site. We can’t wait to return!

It is definitely quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful kitchen counter tops! Needs some normal routine maintenance and repairs, just like any place would.

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and of high quality. The master shower is huge with good water pressure. Ac works great. We enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Great, clean place

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.
