Six of us stayed here for a girls trip and we had the best time! The property and location is stunning. The house is updated and beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Karly! We are so happy you and your friend had a blast. We hope you can return to lovely palisade in the near future!
The house is located very privately, yet only a stone throw away from downtown, and surrounded by growing grape vines. The views are fantastic and the hot tub is a welcome added feature. House, deck and backyard are plenty big for friends and family. Some big trees make for shaded parking and when the stars come out at night, the place feels very special
Absolutely loved our stay in Palisade! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group with four comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus—especially with the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Communication with the owner was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; clean, bright house with great views and in easy biking distance to vineyards. Kitchen was well-equipped with ample dining space.

Thanks so much for sharing about your great experience. We hope you all return and come stay with us again.
Megan did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and knowledgeable about the area. Her house is located within walking distance to the Blue Beryl winery and within a 10 minute drive of countless others. If you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy a wine weekend, you’ve found it. With the hot tub and views, you really can’t ask for anything more.

Thanks Drew for the kind words! It makes us happy when we hear all about how much people enjoyed the Vineyard home. Palisade is certainly a very special place and we sincerely hope that you all return soon!
Nice view from back porch (though no umbrella for table, so can't sit out in the full sun). Easy check-in. However, sparsely (and dated) furnished. Plenty of plates/silverware/cups; however, weak on cooking implements (and some pots with no lids). Note that it is right next to I-70 and can hear the highway even at night in the bedrooms.
Wonderful home. Everything was as expected, clean and well maintained. A little close to interstate but that was indicated in the listing reviews so it was not unexpected.

Hot tub had not been serviced before our stay. Slimy threads and debris were floating. Rusty sunglasses in skimmer basket and mud and unidentifiable yuck on sides above waterline. Water was clear but rapidly became murkey. We stayed for 1 week and were provided 1 coffee filter and 1 trash bag.Unfinished laundry in utility room.Otherwise as described.
The house was super clean and a great set up for a large group. View was spectacular. The only downside to this house was that it’s right by the highway I25 and was pretty loud if you like to sleep with the windows open.

Thanks for staying with us Holly! Yes the views are amazing and it is pretty cool to actually stay on a vineyard. It is too bad that a lot of homes in palisade have proximity to the highway on our side of town, or the railroad in the middle of town, but we agree there are lots more positives than negatives about Palisade! We hope you all come back again soon!

Thank you for choosing this property for your recent stay!
We hope you all had a great time at the vineyard home. Palisade is lovely and we hope you will come back soon.
Thank you!
Our family of 7 enjoyed this place (3 couples and a single). The main floor has a nice open floor plan with views of the vineyard and the valley. You need to be intelligent to cool the place with a swamp cooler, but it worked well.

Thanks so much Nancy for the kind words. The place has gotten even better since you last visited. Last year we installed central air conditioning as well as a hot tub. Both enhancements have been very well received and our guests seem to enjoy the further increase in comfort that is available. We hope y’all return to Palisade soon!
This house is very clean and has everything you need to have a nice vacation. Views are very beautiful, it is a quick drive to town and easy to get around. Communication with the owners was so easy and they were quick to respond to questions or with requested recommendations. We were two families with 4 kids under 8 and the space was great for us. There are a few games provided for kids, tv with netflix, and it is fun to be on an actual vineyard. It is a bit sparse in the kitchen for a large group like ours, but has the basics.

Thanks so much for staying at the vineyard home! We especially love hearing about kids having a blast, just like the adults. Come back to Palisade soon!
The property location was great and the views are spectacular. The house was comfortable and updated. The house did get extremely hot even with the swamp cooler running (we were there end of June) and not all of the windows had screens. We were able to walk into town which was great (20 minutes or so) and enjoyed the lavender festival which was going on in town. We loved our stay... Thank you!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Please return soon - since your stay we added central AC (far superior the the former swamp cooler) and a hot tub so the home is even more comfortable and enjoyable!
