"Welcome to the Bluff House! The Bluff House is located 1.5 miles from the base of the Palisade Plunge, world class Mountain bike trail and Rim hiking trail. We are also located 2.5 miles from beautiful downtown Palisade and Cameo shooting range. Tour the award winning wineries and enjoy the farm to table experiences. The Bluff House has 12 acers of privacy, views of Mt. Lincoln, deer and views of the Palisade valley. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a outdoor seating area, grilling area and is smoke free and pet free.

We are excited to be apart of the Vrbo community. My Husband and I have a passion for the West and during our travels came across the amazing town of Palisade. We fell in love with the Grand Valley and started spending more and more time in Palisade leading to the purchase of the Bluff House.
