The space

Our studio, located on the bottom level of the carriage house, has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We have a full size fridge to keep your food nice and cold. We offer complimentary snacks, tea & coffee, wine and water for when you return after a fun day of work or exploring. The carriage house has a comfy queen size bed with brand new firm, but not too firm mattress. There is a TV with cable and Netflix. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and fluffy towels to wrap around you when you are done. There is also a deck with chairs, table and umbrella so that you can enjoy the lush backyard.

Guest access

We have both on and off street parking. Both are secure with minimal traffic. If you park in the driveway please use the space to the far right. Use the gate to the right of the driveway to enter the backyard. The carriage house is in the back and your room is on the lower level. There is a private door code that we will provide upon booking your stay with us.

Interaction with guests

We are available to give you advice on restaurants, activities and best routes to places in the city. You will also find a folder in your room with menus and more info.

Other things to note

Please be respectful of our property and do not bring additional guests without prior approval. We can provide laundry access for guests. We charge an extra fee. Make sure to ask for more information if you are interested. The studio is located on the lower level of the carriage house building. It is a short walk from the driveway with some stairs to carriage house and then a two setps up to the front door. Please be aware of those who have difficulty with stairs. Legal disclosure: one of the property owners holds an active Georgia real estate license.
