Mid-Century Architect's Bright and Airy Home with Luxury Design and Modern Art
This fully renovated mid-century modern home was the passion project of famous architect, Bob Butler.
With two dedicated workspaces, you can enjoy a sunny workday through the many skylights. Or for a romantic night in, the bedroom's floor to ceiling mirrors and large kitchen provide a perfect space for date night.
Featuring large, bright windows, beautiful wood beams, frosted glass, a decorative wood-burning fireplace, neon lights, and even a chalkboard wall - this home is open, cozy, romantic, and fun.
The home is an open concept floor plan where everything is within arm's reach. Unique features designed by the architect allow light to flood in from every corner of the house, allowing for beautiful views all day.
From the kitchen you can see the dining area and living room, making it a great space for you and your guests to spend time together and entertain.
There are two bedrooms in the home with one attached directly to the shared bathroom.
Please note that each bedroom wall has a 12-inch gap at the top of each wall to allow for light. This may be an issue if you need sound-privacy from your other guests. We have provided a fan for extra white noise that can mitigate this.

The house is adorable, well stocked, and has so much natural light! Gretta was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!
Everything was clean and the host had great communication. The couch was broke when we arrived which they did offer to fix but for such a short stay the hassle was not worth it. However there was no cozy place to chill with a plus one and only TV was so small and in the living room where the broken couch was so we could really only sit in the bedroom and hang out. The beds are also REALLY firm, some people might enjoy that but we did not. Again very clean and cute, would have just wished for a little better place to chill. Also the kitchen AMAZING and all the sky lights! I probably would not come back but I would recommend to others!
