The four-sided villa is located in a quiet area; the garden, at the back of the house, is very private and equipped with all the necessary furniture: a wooden table and chairs, lounge chairs, shade sails, a trampoline, and a wind-sheltered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, electric grill, and gas stove.
Under the olive trees at the front, you can enjoy your after-dinner coffee in a comfortable living room, or have an aperitif or your favourite fruit juice on the small terrace located in front of the living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows, closer to the house.
A living/dining room (sofa, armchair, ottoman, TV, Wi-Fi, table and chairs)
An open-concept kitchen: dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, electric oven, microwave, and necessary dishes.
Pantry: storage, washing machine, fridge-freezer.
2 bedrooms: 140-cm bed, one equipped with a closet and the other with a chest of drawers;
Set slightly apart (but still within the house), for a teenager seeking some “privacy,” there is another bedroom equipped with a loft bed.
A separate toilet; a bathroom with a shower and two sinks.

Rental conditions: 5 people maximum; no young children; pets not allowed; linens provided: fitted sheets; sheets and blankets; pillows with pillowcases; towels and washcloths; tea towels; napkins and tablecloths.
