Very beautiful villa outside the subdivision at the water's edge, with private swimming pool not overlooked, air-conditioned, WIFI, South facing, renovated in a contemporary way, industrial style, with sea view, located in Gruissan village two minutes walk from the centre of the village. Our house is also close to the beach of the chalets on stilts which is at the end of a cycle path that passes in front of the house! We provide you with bicycles!

Sea view, not overlooked, private swimming pool, relaxation area, solarium with deckchairs, 2 private fenced parking spaces, garden with barbecue, 3 beautiful bedrooms with electric blinds (two beds 160, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90) sleeps 7, breathtaking view of the sea, bathroom with large walk-in shower, 2 toilets, large living room with equipped kitchen of more than 50 m2, living room, veranda with sofas opening onto the garden.

Tout était parfait ! Nadège est une hôte super accueillante. La maison est parfaite pour une famille et pour les amateurs de sport (Clape et plages). Très bien équipée et dans la partie du village que nous aimons.
