Studio apartment in Historic Medical Building built in 1910 features full kitchen and full bathroom. Brand new updated renovation include modern floor tiles, new countertops, fresh paint and shower. This unit provides a very modern loft look. Unit amenities include TV, cable internet, washer and dryer, all large and small appliances included in fully stocked kitchen. There is a queen bed. We are in downtown Hot Springs within walking distance to shops, theatre, restaurants and more. Note: Must climb stairs to reach unit. There is no elevator.

I was so intrigued about this historic building and fell in love with it when I saw it. This building was the original medical building built in 1910. It is am amazing property.
