We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!! Everything was exactly as described. Employees, guests and hosts were so very hospitable and accommodating. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Especially people with elderly guests and children. The boardwlak, shuttle, beach access and easy access to the pool were exceptional. As a mother of two small chikdren with a chronic health condition this was a dream come true for us to be able to experience the beach without the worries of overexerting myself to the extreme.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved how close to the pool bar/restaurant we were! Having the golf cart shuttle to the beach was a big win especially since we have littles. The condo was located close to great restaurants and places we could explore! Ron was very prompt responding to all our questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Complex is older, but we'll kept. Close to beach access with new looking boardwalk. People above us were very loud until 2am. Even though it says pool closes at 10 or 11, nosie at pool well after midnight.

Since you gave us a 5 star it appears you enjoyed your short stay, even though the neighbors must have been celebrating Labor Day a bit too much. If the noise had been reported to the Watch Patrol, they would have visited the folks making the noise. The Welcome book in the villa has all important telephone numbers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was wonderful, but the location was our favorite part—it was perfect. The owner was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to any questions, and made the whole process easy. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like the snacks and bottled water that were waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head!

Elevator in bldg 1 is broke so we had to take stairs, condo was not very clean, we had to buy towels and face cloths. Bldg is getting very dated

Hi there: I'm appalled by you saying the condo was not very clean. I have never had anyone say that in 10 years of being an owner and a host. Also, I told you that 1 of 4 elevators was being repaired and you could cancel if you wanted to. You also knew that I was on property all week and if you needed me to please call me ! I don't know what to say except sorry your expectations were not met !

Hilton Head Getaway

Great little condo with everything you need. Great location to explore Hilton Head and a short drive to Savannah. The onsite amenities are great especially the indoor pool for the kids.

Love the friendliness of the property!! The hot tub and steam room were my favs!! Access to the beach was a 12 min walk along the boardwalk, easy walk and totally worth it. We “met” two alligators we named lil Joe and Jolene.

Everything was great. Nice bar/grill and pools onsite. Be prepared for long walk to beach via the boardwalk. (Golf cart ride from resort available).

Great place to stay & great location

Villa was as advertised and we had a really good time. Other than the toaster set off the smoke alarm in the living room and the toast wasn't even burnt :), everything went really smooth.
