Enjoy the ocean view and wonderful ocean breeze from our 3rd floor balcony ( west side) newly remodeled. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from our balcony. We are in Building A unit 332 our condo is 4 condos back from the ocean and no one above you. Walk down the steps and you are at the broad walk 100 steps to the beach. NEW high top chairs and table on the balcony you can see over the deck . NEW BEAUTY REST PRESSURE POINT MATTRESS 2023. NEW WALK IN SHOWER . NEW 2025 updated kitchen with granite counter tops (stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker and everything you need to prepare a meal. Queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress-2024 with 48 inch HDTV in living room. There are 4 washer and 4 dryers in the laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floor of the A building. HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS is a BEACH FRONT GATED RESORT with 24 hour security. We have key less entry.
Building A has an elevator. Additional parking passes are $35 per vehicle

Day Guest passes $25

E BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED

NO PETS ALLOWED --SERVICE ANIMALS MUST HAVE PAPER WORK FILLED OUT AND APPROVED IN ADVANCE- $250 fine if not followed

We loved our stay! Condo was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The owners sent the lock code to us a few days before our stay, we only had to stop at the check in desk for our car pass. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony with an ocean view was our favorite for eating outside or sitting to read. The onsite bike rentals were nice (to no blame to the hosts, of course, just be aware the bike rental booth sometimes opened an hour late). Anytime I messaged the hosts, they were very quick to respond. Would stay again!

Communication with owners was timely and clear. The unit was very clean, the refrigerator was very cold and the freezer had plenty of ice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Although noise from the hallway was easily heard, the complex was usually pretty quiet

The place was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay!! The only thing, the floors really needed a through mopping. They'd clearly been swept well, everything looked very clean, but our feet got very dirty walking around inside. But that was clearly a one-off, everything else was perfectly lovely.

Great location. We loved the pool area. On site restaurants have great food and friendly service. Only unfortunate experience was our check in, woman at the desk was not very friendly or helpful.

You ONLY pick up the resort pass at the front desk. The front desk does not handle your check-in . Your check-in instruction were given in an email that you received 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival. Your key code and all information you needed were included in it. It is very helpful that VRBO renters read the information provided.

Great Condo

This place was a perfect location for a quick mother/daughter getaway. The check in process was easy. Beach chairs and other beach toys were also available. The condo was clean and the porch was a great place to sit and read a book.
