With 3,400 sq ft of generous living spaces that extend to a wonderful private pool and fully furnished terrace, Seahorse offers a tranquil paradise for small groups of friends or families.

This upper level Four Bedroom Villa comprises of an inviting open-plan living and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, two Master Bedrooms (one with a king and one with a queen bed) with ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed and shared bath with a fourth bedroom with 4 twin bunk beds.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean from the front balcony which spans the width of this spectacular villa.

With an emphasis on outdoor living, this boutique villa is designed around its 10-metre infinity pool and white marble terrace, furnished with comfortable sun loungers and a shaded pergola. On the ground level you’ll find a built-in bar, ice well, sink, refrigerator, table and chairs, bean bag chairs, swings and hanging chairs for plenty of relaxed seating. There is also an outdoor shower and half bath for your convenience.

We’re Brian and Brenda Montgomery - The story of Sirenian Bay has been a long time in the making. In fact, it goes all the way back to 2003, when Brian received a life-changing diagnosis.

When you learn you have Stage 4 cancer and are given just six months to live, you begin to reflect on the things that are important to you.

For us it was family and loved ones first and foremost – and the wonderful experiences we could share together.

It was during that trying time when the idea of a beachside retreat came to us. But our dream seemed just that – a dream.

Brian was undergoing treatment, and we were fighting with all that we had to hold on to him.

One evening, with the lyrics of the Beach Boys’ Kokomo washing over us, we made a bold decision. We’d fight through this, and when Brian was well enough, we’d begin exploring the beauty of the Caribbean.

That day finally came, and we were off to Jamaica and then Aruba shortly thereafter.

Years passed, and life intervened, but that dream was always in front of us.

Then one year our travels took us to the stunning beaches of Placencia, Belize.

With its perfect weather, gorgeous setting and wonderful people, Placencia captured our hearts like nowhere else. We knew we’d found the setting for our Villa.

Because our Villa is your villa. And we can’t wait for you to arrive!
