Perfect location / Great experience

The tour guides suggested by Tom were great. Snorkeling, Hiking, cave tubing, Mayan ruins - every experience was easily accesible from the home. Proximity to Palcencia was perfect- we took a golf cart into town each night for ice cream - a fun family excursion with teenagers. Truly a great home, great location, and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this home if you are coming to Belize.house was great. I dont think anything could have been better.

Location was excellent, very private. House had a very nice layout for our group. Sunset on the top deck so beautiful. Pool was refreshing and clean. Private chef was A+. Not only great food, Nelson and Nancy were very thoughtful and nice people. Unfortunately the house was not secure we had our passports and a lot of cash so that was not easy because we didn’t want to travel to tourist spots with everything but didn’t have much of a choice. Also I’m guessing most ppl don’t blow dry their hair so no outlets in the bathrooms probably wouldn’t be a problem for most, just a note for those that do. For the price we paid for the week, I also didn’t think I would be charged for TP, which was a first in my experience but falls under “whatever” Thomas and his family were very lovely, warm people and we wish them nothing but the best.

When we’re not hosting, you’ll find us exploring the local food scene, taking sunset cruises, or soaking up the sunshine. We can’t wait to make your stay unforgettable!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Placencia for its natural beauty and friendly atmosphere. It’s such a diverse part of the world… one minute you can be snorkeling with turtles and sharks on the barrier reef and within 2hrs you can be under a waterfall in the rainforest listening to howler monkeys!

What makes this property unique

The location of our property is super private yet only a few minutes outside of the village and has some of the best views in Placencia across the bay to the Maya Mountains. We love jumping in the boat and going for a sunset cruise.
