Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, stove, microwave, table tennis. The sea 30 minutes by car. The town of Saintes with its Roman remains is 10 minutes away.

Possible garage for the car.
The gîte is attached to the owners' house, a wall of separation between the two terraces.
When they are there, the owners can use the swimming pool at times not used by the tenants.
