Superb villa with private pool.
Looking for a vacation villa on Curaçao? Then you've come to the right place. A beautiful villa at villa park Flamboyan in the district of Kwarchi (near Santa Rosaweg). The park is currently under construction and you can now take advantage of this.
Willemstad, the famous beaches (Mambo, Caracasbaai and Jan Thiel) and Seaqarium are approximately 10 minutes by car from the villa.
The villa is built on a plot of more than 600 m2 and has a living area of 174 m2.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet.
The villa is fully furnished and fully equipped.
A dishwasher, washing machine, senseo, alarm system, wifi, etc.
On the spacious porch is a 3 meter long table with 6 chairs, and a lounge set.
The villa also has a private swimming pool, pool house and a palapa.
Wonderfully quiet location in a park with a total of 45 villas. Closed with an electric gate.
Exclusive:
-electric and water costs (€ 0.38 p / khw and € 8.00 p / cub), these are settled directly with you at the end of the stay based on the meter readings.
-7% tourist tax
-Check in after 4.00 pm / check out before 11.00 am or possibly in consultation.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
