Welcome to southern Ardèche for a sunny stay in beautiful landscapes. In the middle of vineyards, 2 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and a few minutes from the Ardèche or the Cave of the Pont d'Arc, in a small hamlet typical of the 17th century, this cottage comfortable and nice, has been arranged in an old silkworm farm (breeding silkworms until the 1950s), above the cellars of an old wine estate.
It includes a large living room / kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with toilet, separate toilet, a large sunny courtyard lined with an enormous linden, garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace for meals at the house. outside. Shelter for two cars. Independence, space and calm guaranteed.
