The living room is furnished with reclining sofa and reclining love seats, centered around a cozy gas fireplace for cooler days, and high ceilings and remote light/ceiling fans, portable air conditioning on both levels for the warmer days.

The customized granite and fully equipped kitchen has all of the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile.

The dining room has a beautiful wood table that can seat 6, there is a game table with a glass top that can seat 4, and 2 bar stools in the dining room area.

There is internet/WIFI, a 55 inch TV in the living room, and 32 inch TV's in each bedroom. Local stations are available, as well as your streaming services, on the smart TV's , so you can rest and relax.

**Sleeping**:
Two Luxury and comfort memory foam topped new Queen Beds (one in each large bedroom) , plus two extra-long twin tri-fold mattresses and Two queen size airbeds (not guaranteed to be leak free) with complete bedding will sleep 8. ( each type of bed include full bedding pillows, sheets, blankets etc.)

Customized and new cabinetry 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath are towels, toiletries, individual shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers.

**Parking**: one assigned gated parking spot (which up to a large SUV) and street parking.
