Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

The home is beautiful, very clean, provided everything we needed even coffee filters! Pretty view of San Diego. After doing typical tourist things we looked forward to returning to the home, opening the floor to ceiling sliding doors, sitting on the deck with our wine and enjoying the view.

Great place in a central location. We were close to everything and the place was perfect. The house has everything you need for a great stay including a fully stocked kitchen and useful bar area. This is a lovely home and well furnished with everything you would need to be comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the large patio area that completely opens up off the living/kitchen area. And a view! Our bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Ron, was very accommodating and responsive. To start with Ron was wonderful. Answered all of my questions before I arrived. Check in was smooth as silk and the place is wonderful! Our kids met us there for a week vacation and it truly does feel like a home away from home! The steam oven is AWESOME! Never saw one before. Besides the great hospitality - it is in a perfect location and close to everything - airport, zoo, seaworld, shopping, groceries, restaurants! We had a lot of fun and when back in San Diego we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ron!

This is an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view. It is very close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and any store you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with a great assortment of pots and pans, utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. - everything needed to make a meal so you can eat in and enjoy the sunset!

We had a fantastic time at Ron’s house! It was just as beautiful as the pictures show, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ron kept us updated with clear check-in and check-out instructions, making everything easy. We were very pleased with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the deck and the accordion slider doors that opened across the entire living room—it felt so relaxing to sit in the fresh air and take it all in.I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego!

Fully furnished and great for our group of six. Loved the artwork and homelike feeling. The back deck is wonderful for watching Sea World fireworks. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.
