Entire upstairs 4 bedroom apartment centrally located in Marquette. You can walk anywhere in town from this apartment. Quiet pets allowed with fee! 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds & there is lots of closet space throughout the apt for storage. The 4th bedroom has a full size futon. Living room has a comfy couch & love seat & a 55 inch flat screen w/ cable tv & hdmi capabilities. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower & tub, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Cafe Bodega & Downwind Sports. Within walking distance of many local restaurants (Third St Bagel, Lagniappe, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca & Dig’s), pubs & breweries (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base & Flanigan's), wedding venues (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard & Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) & Northern Michigan University!!
