Everything was great. We have stayed here before and if my daughter didn't just graduate from NMU, we would stay here again. Close to the school, close to the restaurants and bars. Easy in and easy out.

Just a standard old house in Marquette, needs a little TLC. Seems like some paint was thrown on everything but nothing really fixed. Bedroom doors didn't shut, shower curtain didn't work great, no blinds on window in one bedroom, door handle fell off the front storm door, sink faucet was under repair, etc. kitchen was nice but basically stocked, not a lot of pots and pans, no can opener, half a roll of paper towels with no extra. Cleaning was pretty basic, dusty and couches were pretty gross under cushions and uncomfortable anyway. Seemed like somebody just getting what they could out of the property with minimal investment. It was however the end of the summer rental season, place might have just needed a heavy refresher. The location is awesome, the beds were pretty comfy, it wasn't bad overall, we just expected more for 200 a night but Marquette is also just expensive these days.

Great location. It had everything that we needed, except we could have used an extra kitchen towel and another hand towel in the bathroom. the driveway was extremely slippery, one of our people fell.
